The International Cocoa Organisation (ICCO) recognizes Colombia as a producer of fine flavor cocoa. In recent years we have made significant advances in the treatment of pests and diseases as well as post-harvest processes, which allows us to present an enormous untapped potential to the wider world.

Origins

Our cocoa is grown in the regions of Santander, Huila, Tolima, Antioquia, Meta, Magdalena and Arauca in plots owned by enterprising families and indigenous communities. This variety of soils and climates gives our regional cocoa flavors their unique character and complexity.

Traceable

At Cacao Musa, 'single-origin' means that our beans can be traced back to the exact kilometer where each batch was grown as well as the people who reaped them. Your client will thank you for this information.
